Description

Specially designed for the purification of large and complex protein molecules such as pegylated drug materials, SepFast Macro Q and SepFast Macro S is a group of strong anion exchange and strong cation exchange chromatography media, respectively.

The base matrix is made of highly cross-linked polysaccharides. It is very stable to most of the chemical conditions experienced in the bioprocessing industry. We provide the regulatory support files of individual resins for those cGMP applications.

The core advantages to large-scale biomanufacturing are:

  • Improved binding capacity
  • Good pressure / flow property
  • High resolution
