PlasmidPure HighRes is a mixed-mode chromatography medium designed for high resolution purification of plasmids based on hydrophobic interaction.
The base matrix is made of small agarose bead that has been highly cross-linked. It has increased surface area to produce good binding capacity to large molecules. The medium is stable to most of the chemical conditions experienced in the bioprocessing industry.
