We offer empty columns or column packing service with this type of column.

The currently available column diameter is 100 mm (inner diameter). The packed volume is 78.5 ml / cm bed height. The bed height can be tailored to your need  between 0 cm to 100 cm.

The column body is made of clear acrylic or polypropylene. The top and bottom adaptor is made of polypropylene. The column is compatible to the standard tri-clamp connections.

The operation pressure is 4 bar or less.

The packed column can be stored and re-used through the life period of the resin.

The column has a minimised dead volume and an excellent flow distribution design.

For each column, the HETP and peak asymmetry (As) will be measured to ensure a good packing. We can pack a medium according to the manufacturer's protocol or develop our own protocols.
