We offer scalable disposable columns for fast medium screening, process development and scaling-up. The column size covers from small to large. The columns have been designed with proven technology that can scale up to column size over 450 mm (inner diameter).

BioToolomics range of disposable chromatography columns has all the functionalities of re-usable columns but possesses many other advantages: scalable column design, much reduced cost, resin compressibility taken into account, disposable, easy to pack, tight packing of any type of chromatography media (>20 µm), robust, precise and reproducible packing, allowing moderate back pressure, easy to store, long life time.

After the chosen resin is packed in the column, the column can be readily stored and re-used for many times.
